Our policy covers various situations – from early withdrawals to program changes. You'll find detailed information below about what qualifies for a refund and how we handle different scenarios.
Full Refund Eligibility
- Withdrawal within 14 days of enrollment (cooling-off period)
- Program cancellation by zorelliqamiq due to insufficient enrollment
- Significant schedule changes that conflict with your availability
- Course content substantially differs from advertised curriculum
- Technical issues preventing course access for more than 7 days
Partial Refund Scenarios
- Withdrawal between 15-30 days: 70% refund of course fees
- Withdrawal between 31-60 days: 50% refund of course fees
- Medical circumstances with documentation: assessed individually
- Relocation requiring withdrawal: 60% refund within first quarter
- Program downgrades: difference refunded within 21 days
How the Refund Process Works
Submit Your Request
Email help@zorelliqamiq.pro with your enrollment details and reason for withdrawal. Include any supporting documentation if you're requesting consideration for special circumstances. We acknowledge all requests within 24 hours during business days.
Review and Assessment
Our team reviews your request against our policy guidelines. This typically takes 3-5 business days. If we need additional information or clarification, we'll reach out directly. Most standard requests are processed quickly – special circumstances may need a bit more time.
Decision Notification
You'll receive an email outlining the decision, refund amount (if applicable), and expected timeline. We explain the calculation clearly so you understand how we arrived at the figure. If you have questions about the decision, we're here to discuss them.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Bank transfers may take 3-7 additional days depending on your financial institution. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing.
Course Materials
Digital course materials are non-refundable once accessed. Physical materials must be returned unused within 14 days for full refund eligibility.
Certification Fees
Certification exam fees are non-refundable once exam access has been granted. Unused certification credits can be transferred to another learner with admin fee.
Corporate Enrollments
Company-sponsored enrollments follow separate agreement terms. Contact your account manager for withdrawal procedures and refund calculations specific to your contract.
Payment Methods and Processing Times
Original Payment Methods
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to account
- Bank Transfer: 7-12 business days depending on institution
- PayPal: 3-7 business days to PayPal balance
- Corporate Invoice: 14-21 business days to company account
Alternative Refund Options
- Course credit for future programs (no processing fee)
- Transfer to another learner (nominal admin fee applies)
- Donation to scholarship fund (tax receipt provided)
- Partial credit with extended access to resources
Important Considerations
No refunds are available after 60 days from enrollment date, except in documented medical emergencies or circumstances beyond your control. We assess these on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.
Programs starting in September 2025 or later follow updated refund schedules communicated at enrollment. Check your enrollment confirmation for specific terms applicable to your cohort.
Promotional discounts and scholarship amounts are deducted before calculating refund totals. You receive a refund based on the actual amount paid, not the original price before discounts.
International transaction fees and currency conversion charges are non-refundable. These are third-party costs outside our control and cannot be recovered from payment processors.
Refund requests must come from the enrolled learner or authorized corporate representative. We require identity verification before processing any financial adjustments for security purposes.
