Three Learning Approaches That Match Your Schedule

Most people working in finance can't just stop their jobs to study. We've built this program around that reality, not against it.

Evening Track

Two evenings per week from 6:30 PM. You're still working full-time, but you want to get better at explaining financial concepts to clients who don't speak finance.

  • Tuesday and Thursday sessions
  • Live discussion with working professionals
  • Weekend optional workshops
  • 18-week completion timeline

Weekend Intensive

Every Saturday for 12 weeks. Some of our students travel from regional areas. Others just prefer to dedicate one full day and keep weeknights free for family.

  • 9 AM to 4 PM Saturday sessions
  • Recorded materials for review
  • Monthly Sunday catch-up options
  • Group project work between sessions

Self-Paced Stream

For people whose schedules change week to week. Sales teams. Business owners. Parents managing unpredictable routines. You work through materials when it actually suits you.

  • Complete within 24 weeks
  • Bi-weekly mentor check-ins
  • Access to all live session recordings
  • Portfolio review milestones

Same Curriculum, Different Delivery

Every track covers identical content and skills. We're not creating fast tracks or premium tiers. You choose what works for your life right now, and you'll walk away with the same capabilities as everyone else who completes the program.

What Actually Changes After Completing This Program

We tracked what happened with our 2024 graduates over six months. Not where they got hired or how much they earned, but how their day-to-day work actually shifted.

4.2 hours
Average weekly time saved on client communication rework
67%
Reported increased confidence in client presentations
8 weeks
Typical time before applying new skills with real clients
91%
Would recommend program to colleagues

These numbers come from anonymous surveys we sent six months after graduation. Not immediately after, when everyone's still excited. We wanted to see what stuck when people got back to regular work pressures and deadlines.

What Previous Participants Actually Said

We asked some 2024 graduates to describe what changed. Here's what they told us, unedited.

Kieran Murphy, Financial Advisor

Kieran Murphy

Financial Advisor, Perth

"I used to lose clients during initial consultations because I'd overwhelm them with technical details. Now I can explain compound interest using their actual mortgage as the example. It sounds simple, but it took me weeks to figure out how to do this without dumbing things down."
What changed: Kieran completed the evening track while working full-time. He now runs quarterly workshops for small business owners and says client retention improved noticeably in his second year of practice.
Owen Fletcher, Small Business Consultant

Owen Fletcher

Small Business Consultant, Bunbury

"The portfolio project forced me to record myself explaining cash flow to an imaginary client. Watching that back was brutal. I said 'basically' seventeen times in five minutes. But that's exactly what I needed to see. You don't know how you sound until someone makes you listen."
What changed: Owen took the weekend intensive track and now includes clearer financial communication in his consulting packages. He mentions the program helped him identify specific verbal habits that were undermining his credibility.

September 2025 Enrollment Opens May 15th

We're capping each track at 24 participants. Not because we want artificial scarcity, but because that's how many people one instructor can actually support properly. If you want to join the next cohort, get in touch before mid-May to secure a spot.
